1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the SkyMoments online shop (skymoments.net). Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by email.
4. Prices and Shipping
All prices are final prices **including statutory VAT**.
**Shipping within Germany is free.**
Any applicable shipping costs for other countries will be clearly displayed during the order process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany and to selected EU countries.
The delivery time is usually **3–7 working days** (production + shipping), unless otherwise stated.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

• Other payment options displayed at checkout
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For personalized products (e.g., individually created star charts), there is **no right of withdrawal** according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these are manufactured specifically according to customer specifications.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but only up to the amount of foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
